This is what 16 years of interior architecture practice looks like when it’s given 9,000 sq ft and a brief to be ambitious.

10,000+ possibilities. One design story. ✦

The ground floor of WOODLEAF wasn’t designed to be a showroom.

It was designed to be a destination.

Double-height void that pulls natural light down from the mezzanine. Industrial pendant clusters that age like the material they sit above. A brick arch that tells you — before you’ve touched anything — that what’s inside was built with intention.

Every angle here is intentional.
Every detail, considered.

9,000 sq ft on paper.
A completely different world in person. 🌿

The ground floor of WOODLEAF — Rajkot’s first full-scale material library — starts exactly where every good space starts.

At the entrance.

Reception and waiting area designed to slow you down before the experience begins. Plywood display flanking the entry — so the first material you encounter is the most honest one. A double-height void that makes you look up before you look around.

Every sq ft on this plan had a purpose assigned before a single wall was drawn.

Swipe to see the plan become the place. 👆

The quiet luxury of rare finishes ✦

“There’s a category of material that doesn’t announce itself. - It doesn’t shout texture or pattern or colour. It simply changes the feeling of a room”
— and you notice it without knowing WHY

✅ This zone was designed for that category.
Wallcoverings that carry artistic narratives. Acoustic panels with sculpted rhythm. Decorative surfaces that blur the line between finish and art. All curated, all available to combine, all given space to be understood before they’re committed to.
✅ The green shelving unit at the heart of this zone says it better than we can:
Curate. Combine. Create.

That’s the process. That’s the invitation.

The beauty lies in the detailing ✦

“Most design decisions get made too fast. A colour chosen from a phone screen. A laminate picked from a 10cm chip. A finish approved without ever seeing it in light.”

✅ We designed this floor to slow that process down — in the best way.
A long consultation counter where you sit, spread out your options, and actually compare. Valewood veneers, surface laminates, textured finishes, fluted panels — all within reach, all beautifully displayed, all in a space warm enough to help you think clearly.
✅ Because the best material decision isn’t the fastest one.
It’s the one you make when you have everything in front of you, in the right environment, with enough time to be sure.

This is that environment!

Before the room. Before the furniture. There was the material. 🌿

This zone was designed around one belief — that you should be able to feel a material before you commit to it.

✅ Not on a 30cm sample board. Not on a screen.
In a space that behaves exactly the way your home will.
✅ Warm plaster arches that hold the light differently at every hour. Live-edge wood slabs that remind you no two trees ever grew the same way. Textured relief panels that ask you to slow down and actually look. Green velvet and amber leather that tell you what warmth can feel like before you put it in your living room.

We designed this space to make the right material choice feel obvious — because when the environment is right, the decision usually is too.
